MOBILE JAW CRUSHER
Self-propelled crawler-mounted jaw crushers delivering 150–650 t/h primary reduction of hard rock and ore, with hydraulic adjustment, tramp-iron protection and direct truck load-out.
PRIMARY
REDUCTION
ON TRACKS.
Mobile jaw crushers are widely used in mining, aggregate production and construction waste recycling. Their advantages such as high stability, big crushing ratio, intelligent control, compacted design and easy maintenance, make a good reputation among clients.
ENGINEERED DOWN TO THE FASTENER.
BUILT FOR CONTINUOUS DUTY.
High Reduction Ratio
Optimized nip angle and deep crushing chamber deliver a reduction ratio up to 6:1 with uniform product gradation.
Hydraulic Toggle Release
Automatic tramp-iron relief and hydraulic wedge adjustment set the discharge opening in seconds without manual shimming.
Wear-Resistant Jaws
Manganese-steel jaw plates (Mn18Cr2) rated for 1,800+ hours of abrasive granite duty before replacement.
Crawler Mobility
Self-propelled tracks with remote control reposition the crusher across the quarry without low-bed transport.
Dust Suppression
Integrated water-spray nozzles at the feed hopper and discharge chute hold airborne dust below regulatory limits.
Direct Load-Out
Discharge height of 3.6 m allows direct loading of tipper trucks or downstream conveyor without a transfer station.
WHERE IT WORKS.
