Hard Rock Special Design
Specially designed for hard rock, the crushing pressure is twice that of the ordinary roller crusher; the crushing ratio is large, and the output is 30% higher, the feeding belt is infinitely adjustable in speed, which can adapt to the crushing requirements of different materials.
Cubic Sand & Low Powder
The structure of the crushing machine is simple, the sand shape is more cubic, and the particle size distribution is even, the powder content of the sand is low, which can be controlled within 10%, much less than VSI. The one-time yield of the machine can reach more than 80%, which is much higher than other sand making methods, after shaping, the yield can reach 100%, and the grain shape can be as good as VSI tower sand making.

The operation is safe and stable, the wearing is extremely low, operating cost is the lowest among all sand making methods.
Full Hydraulic System
